Rob was so informative and accommodating! We brought our car in because I heard a noise coming from the left front wheel. He took the time to drive it, double-check, and he actually found the culprit! Such an awesome, honest guy! Will definitely be doing business with him! recommended!

Disappointing experience dealing with Rob. I'd recommend going elsewhere. You can tell by his dismissive nature in the other reviews what he's like when called out for poor workmanship.
Rob agreed to do an inspection for a car I wanted to buy and when we brought the car a little bit into the garage he freaked out and told us to leave. Waste of our time and poor customer service. I do not recommend.
Rob is amazing honest mechanic who will solve ur car issues fast even on weekend. Don't go by the shop's location or lack of Glitz/glamour. He is ur perfect "local mechanic next door" . If you want to support local business and individual , he is ur guy.
I highly recommend Rob. I needed all new tires and called him Sunday morning and he was able to get me in in the afternoon the same day. Very reasonable priced and easy to get it. He is also very efficient. I didn't have to wait that long all. Will definitely be going to him for all automotive needs.
A great experience...! Rob was quick, professional, and open on a Sunday evening when I needed him for an emergency tire failure. Four new tires for the right price and back on the road under a hour allowing me to continue to Ottawa with minimal delay.
