I've taken every vehicle I've owned here for repairs for over a decade now. They are the only mechanics I trust and they all seem like great folks. Anytime a part needs to be replaced they clearly lay out the cost and the one time I had to get my truck towed from south Oshawa Al managed to get them to drop the tow price down since the tow company was totally ripping me off. You couldn't put your vehicle in better hands, the only trade off for this place is its first come first serve no appointments so plan to drop your car off in the morning and make alternate travel arrangements. It's a small Hassel but well worth it.
100% trust this shop. Have taken my cars to them for years. They are happy to discuss what needs to be fixed today and what can be left for another day. Great Guys.
Very happy with my experience here, They are first come first serve but they were able to take my vehicle in within 10mins of me arriving and repaired the exhaust on my suv while I waited. I was back on the road in less then an hour and the cost was much less then expected. I will be returning 100%
Excellent service - Al provided detailed explanation of issues - offered two options to go ahead and fix my exhaust system and kept open communication throughout the whole process. Worst experience i ever had .. i was there for safety & they said muffler is leak .. even it was not too much .. & they are asking 500 to repair .. obviously who goona pay 650 after tax & all i buy the car for 4k .. I didn’t even got my safety still have to pay 135 dollars .. i went to some other mechanic he said everything is good .. & i got my safety cheaper.. never waana visit this shop again
You tell them what is wrong and they fix it. No unnecessary added repairs. It's a first come first serve so I drop my truck off the night before and by the next morning it's usually done.
STAY AWAY!!! Just cost me $1600 for nothing. My truck had a tick coming from the engine. Al (owner) told me it was my belt so under his guidance I told him to replace it. I then got a call telling me it was my oil pump, again under his guidance (and so called expertise) I told him to go ahead and fix it. I then get a call telling me that the tick is still there, so nothing was fixed. To top it off they invoiced for parts that were all 3x more expensive than OEM. This guy must think his customers are idiots. Seriously stay away I do not wish my experience on anyone else out there..
