We purchased some new tires and rims and they had to be ordered in. They arrived ahead of schedule and we were notified right away and they made time to install them well ahead of when we were expecting to have them. Service was absolutely awesome from all the staff there. Would totally advise to look to Apex to have some tires put on your vehicles.
I brought my van in for certification. My bumper was not dented in anyway. I come back to pick up with my bumper crunched in. Apex is refusing to take responsibility for it even though it was in their parking lot. They say they don't have cameras out front where they store vechiles so they say. Now it's going to cost me close to 1200 dollars to replace a bumper because they refuse to take responsibility. It's also costed me a sale of my van
They stole the cooling fan from my radiator, but I didn't notice until a year later. It was during a service to change the thermostat housing in my Jetta. Look up my name in your service records and will see I'm not making this up. And don't tell me you forgot to put it back. And then you just have some random cooling fan sitting in your garage?? You did some work on my car before which was good, but after this I am doing everything myself because clearly mechanics cannot be trusted. Reply to your reply: How comical indeed. It must have fallen of?. You're saying I randomly decided to pick a part from my car and accuse you of stealing it? You are saying I'm a Joker or Troll? You're saying that my entire story is false even though you confirmed the service? Your level of unprofessionalism is just staggering. But don't worry, people will read your reply and think even less of you. When you lose customers it will be comical.
Came here years ago to have a car certified and thought the prices were great then Came back years later and bought parts and ended up using the service department to put on my brakes and the prices were great !! I will be back!! Thank you ?
Great guys to work with when looking for parts very cost-effective. May not look like the greatest part store in town but the price is sure do meet a better position in your wallet. Many things they have ready in stock when it comes to brakes anything else probably looking at next day
Sold me the wrong brakes (they looked them up in their system and told me what I needed) and then refused to take them back. The receptionist who handles parts was incredibly rude. Did not care to listen to one minute of my story hung up on me. The owner will not return my calls. Completely unprofessional. I was very shocked to be treated this way. I would not recommend this business.
Brought our 08 Buick Enclave in for an unknown problem. Instrument panel lighting up everything. Possible water damage to electrical system. We ended up purchasing another newer vehicle at a local dealership. He completely understood when we declined any further services and we were trading it in as is. Only charged us $40 for the scan.
