As a local business owner with a fleet of trucks, keeping my vehicles on the road is critical. Brianna and Tom go out of their way to make that happen. First they told me wires and plugs that did not fix it . Next they suggested manifold cover and that didn't either. $1100.00 bucks later I left with the same problem.just had truck into another shop turns this place did not change plugs and two were arching out causing the problem
If you have your tires shipped from Quattro, be aware Al's employees are not aware they offer this service. They don't bother to double check if the tires they've received have order tags on them, until after they waste 45 minutes of your having YOU check their "other shop." And accusing you of not being in the right place at all. After they finally find your order, they mention this happens alot and do not apologize for the inconvenience. THANKS
This is a great shop. They're friendly, well informed and won't overpriced for their great service. Brianne at the helm is just wonderful. If she gets to know you, you feel like a part of her family. I trust this place completely and highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. You won't be disappointed

The staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They'll tell you like it is, and let you decide what you're up for fixing if it's not a safety issue or an immediate danger. They will tell you how urgent it is without the greed. They just want the customer to be happy and safe. Service is fast, they'll stand behind their work and will accommodate even a late night drop off by tow truck. Great place to deal with.
I took my truck there to have it repaired, it didn’t start, The lady in the front called me and said she wouldn’t let my truck go with out new brakes and rotors, it went in because it didn’t start! Not to mention the brakes were just done! Any who 4 days later lady calls me says it’s $2600 for brakes and a fuel injector. Drove the truck home next day the truck didn’t start! When asked why I got attitude and hung up on! Horrible! Never will I recommend this company to anyone!
