Dude's very rude and disrespectful. No sense of humanity or understanding to a situation. Huge mistake going to this guy for the 1st time (and last time). I was in a rush to pick up my kids from school, so I was looking for a quick service, but otherwise I'd never gone to this place.
Spilled oil all over my alternator during an oil change, leading to costly repairs. Car is barely 3 years old, no way my alternator died that early on its own.
Got the super fast service by one of the employee. Had an issue with headlight bulb,which got resolved within a min. I think it would be my goto repair shop from now on.
I had my breaks changed 6 months ago. They were squeezing so bad after Went back, he said oh must be the “humidity” said he found Nothing wrong then. Went back a week later, he changed them and said well you didn’t specify what breaks so you get what you pay for basically and here we are 6 months later and I have no pads left and breaks can be heard a mile away This guy probably uses the worst after market breaks and parts, you will end up replacing them in the end and spending more instead of thinking you are saving money. I won’t even approach him to ask him to replace because I don’t trust he will do the job properly. Avoid this shop if you are not wanting to spend more in the end! I will update and post with a picture once I get my breaks replaced
Not fast and they definitely don’t care Brought my car in for a new alternator, I paid 440 for the new part and labour. A few weeks later the new alternator is defective and when I bring it back into the shop, raheim puts in a new alternator and tells me I have to pay him 140 for labour that I alrdy paid for not to mention working on my car without going over a price also charged me 2hrs worth of work for half an hour job then holds my car hostage until I paid him…. Scam artists
I have been to his shop a few times. But the last time I went, the mechanic damaged the car while lifting it on jack. Made a huge bump on the fender. Although he tried to fix it but the damage left the marks. It makes me angry every time i see it. Also the prices are not necessarily reasonable. I have checked with other mechanics and found better deals. Overall, not satisfied with the service.
I found this shop because its close to my house. Had an appointment booked for Saturday morning I waited an hour left 4 messages and didn't even get a call back. Their hours and sign said they were open but no one was there .I called Monday afternoon they answered right away. I was confused why it had been more than 48 hours since I got stood up for my appointment and no one could even listen to my messages and call me back. I had to take a day off work to make a new appointment he look at my car for 30 seconds said they don't do what's needed for the safety and wouldn't even pop the hood without charging me after I've now taken 2 days off work for this. Guy was rude definitely would not recommend this place.
