Costco gas is always the best deal for gas. If you go during regular hours of the day be prepared to wait for 10-15 min in the line up. You can save time by going either early morning or later at night. (Before or after the store closes).
It's definitely worth getting a membership at Costco just for the gas as you know where the gas prices are going every cent counts the Oshawa gas station so well organized mood smoothly the people are great. They have the tap feature for your Costco capital one MasterCard, it registers your Costco membership as well as the payment method, but gives you a choice if you only want to register your membership. It has really cut down on how long it takes from you stepping out of your car to start filling gas. Just as an example it took me about roughly 1 minute to 1.5, now it takes about 10 seconds.The lines are hence faster. I have not waited more than five minutes to get my turn, but that is not to say it's always that fast. It gets very busy during long weekends and rightly so. Lastly the hours of operation are pretty early to 6-7 pm, this allows for early refills (6 am) to after work. The staff will allow late comers, so don't panic if you're cutting too close.
