I have been going to this gym for over 10 yrs through its many names and managerial changes. And while there are a few things that sometimes bother me, like the crappy rowing machines and the fact that fewer and fewer clients and even some trainers seem to follow the simple etiquette of cleaning equipment and replacing weights after use, overall it's a good gym, with good/ excellent staff, good equipment (minus the rowing machines) and good and, more the most part, respectful clients.
They are the most blood sucking GYM around dont go !!! Your be sorry !!!
I cancelled my membership in May.........5 months later their bi-weekly payment is still coming out!!!! I have moved out of the country and can't go into my local branch and don't want to close this account. I have called, emailed and been passed around without 1 call from a manager!!! Nobody can seem to help me. The owner/manager never seems to be there!!! I have sent direct emails to the manager without a response and every 2 weeks another payment comes out!!! I am so frustrated A big
