Each dish was made with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked the food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented i can’t wait to return and try more dishes ?and the staff, service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff
I hate leaving a negative review since used to own a restaurant myself, but this experience was rough from the start. My order came wrong, and the turkey sandwich wasn't as advertised and very dry, though portion size was fine. The brisket was also quite dry, but my biggest concern was the mashed potatoes. They tasted extremely sour, like they'd gone bad. I know some recipes use sour cream, but this wasn't that it tasted off. I tried calling twice to ask about it, but no one answered, so I'm posting this here instead. Was 2 two stars now 1 star as everyone is sick with food poisoning so I assume the mashed potatoes we're bad but some people who didn't even have the mashed potato are sick so some of the meat must be off as well
My son and I decided to try this place this evening and ordered the Brisket platter which came with two sides, where we selected Mac and cheese and a Ceasar salad. Once we got home we were in complete shock as the "platter" came with two pieces of brisket, a roll, a Mac and cheese that could be finished in 3 bites and a salad that was almost equal in size. To say the portions were small would be an understatement and for the price of $22 plus tax, it was not worth it at all as the food was average at best. The gentleman behind the counter was nice which was probably the best part of the experience. I hope that in the future, they increased their portions so that consumers would can get the most out of their money.
First time going here and The food was amazing And probably the only reason I’m coming back but I will probably find a different location because The service needs a LOT of work and it didn’t seem like we got the food That was modelled to us on the Menu and I went with somebody else And we kept running into problem after problem before even Getting the food when we received our separate meals the fries were put on one meals plate instead of given on are own plates and what Looked to be the manager training a new employee was Unnecessarily harsh towards the Employee while trying to work out are messed up order. the whole time we were there I couldn’t stop hearing a unnecessarily rude comments coming from the manager in the kitchen towards the Young employee and The whole time it’s sort of felt like they had just opened and they were working out Some problems but when I went to go to the reviews after to make sure that this wasn’t a continued pattern it seemed like they had been open for months
If you're a BBQ enthusiast, Dickey's is an absolute must-visit! Their smoky, melt-in-your-mouth barbecue is hands down the best in town. The Texas-style flavors are bold, rich, and authentic. The vibe is relaxed, and the staff is welcoming, making every visit a memorable experience. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great food and great service!
Very disappointed with the brisket sandwich I ordered. Brisket was chopped up finely, it was dried out and slightly burnt.(Not bark). No smell of any smoke at all, and did not taste like it came off a smoker. There is no smell of a smoker when you walk up to the building. I would have expected sliced brisket on a bun. This was chopped up similar to a Philly cheese steak style of sandwich. This place won't be around long if this is the type of product that is being served. I won't be going back. They also advertise fresh cut fries, and they are not.
Just had this from Uber eats so I know nothing about the store. The burnt ends are just a thicker slice of brisket. Very dry. Feel like they’ve been under a heat lamp all day. The sides (beans and slaw) have a weird metallic taste to them. Never ordering here again.
