Went for breakfast with the expectation that we’d be in and out, as breakfast places are normally very efficient. Waited over an hour for food today. Raised our concerns with the server after about 45 minutes and she told us they had a party of 30 and only two cooks in the kitchen. We Totally understand that things happen but a warning that they had more people then they were capable of serving, would have been nice so we could have chosen to go elsewhere. We were in the restaurant for an hour and a half which is insane for a breakfast place. The absolute least that they could’ve done was discount our meals or comp a meal but nothing. The bathrooms were disgusting and we did not get the feeling that it was a clean restaurant. We won’t be back, that’s for sure!
The restaurant was packed when we arrived, but we still were seated very quickly and our server came right away. Our drinks and then food arrived quickly and both were piping hot. I ordered the Avocado Omelette with no chicken and my partner got the BLT. Both were delicious and a good value for the portions and quality. If I'm ever back I'm Oshawa I would definitely dine here again.
Food was fresh and fantastic with nice plating. We really enjoyed our meals. They do offer gluten-free bread. Pictured is the "egg"cellent big breakfast and the Eggs and Hash.
Very welcoming and clean place. We were acknowledge right away and offered what we want to drink. Price are good and the food was *chef kiss * We got the steak and egg - and it was medium rare and it was perfect!!! Tender and don't even need the HP sauce! I had the eggcellent and the bacon, the eggs and sausage and ham was so delish!!!! Everyone was super friendly! Definitely recommend this place 10/10!!!! Will be coming back for sure!!!!
Got delivery Aug 1 Chicken was undercooked and dinner was cold I paid $3.49 for a tablespoon of coleslaw The cicken rob dinner was cold and also under cooked Worse dinner I have had from here Laval st location It use to be good but not any more
I found this place lasts year when I had to bring my son to summer school ! It’s family owned , and they r always welcoming ! The food is an amazing . I very picky about breakfast I like it a certain way and they kno how to make everything the way I like it ! I hadn’t visited all winter but as soon as summer started I brought 2 of my kids and they really enjoy it ! The best breakfast place I have eaten at in a long time , I live in Ajax but drive to Oshawa just to get breakfast no other place ! They even gave us pancakes we didn’t order the best breakfast you will never be disappointed ! I would recommend everyone go to this location best best breakfast!! Jackie Henderson
Great place. Stop for late lunch and the food was great. We both enjoyed our meals. The lovely lady who served us was polite and had a beautiful smile. We will be sure to go again
