This place is awesome! Plant based. Has gluten free options. The crispy lentil nuggets were especially delicious. I felt the portion size was VERY generous for the price. The owner is also lovely. Go here, you won't regret it
The bbq “chicken” wrap is the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten. The TK Bites need to be sold in stores as soon as possible. And the salad bar is always changing. Such a great deal.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Everything I tried was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The falafel was amazing, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft, tasty, and well-seasoned on the inside. The burrito was packed with bold, delicious flavors, and the no-meat burger had an impressive texture that made it stand out. Even the ginger ale was refreshing and full of taste, the perfect complement to the meal. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the quality of the food really impressed me. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for flavorful, well-crafted dishes!
Ok, the food here is simply amazing. The first time I had the quesadilla, and was very impressed. The roots bowl with shitake mushrooms was my next order and again, the food is delicious, satisfying, and leaves you feeling good. I am excited to taste more of their menu!
This spot is great! I've had the pakoras and garlic dip a couple times and they are delicious! Today I tried the burrito bowl with the shitake bites. I was a little wary of how the bites would be for the protein portion and they were really good! The bowl was filled with rice, spinach, sweet potatoes, sweet peppers and beans. The sauce and salsa that came with it were so tasty as well and it was quite filling. I definitely want to try other items from their menu, including the falafel which I will most likely get next.
Tanya and her partner are absolutely amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere are top-notch. I've been three times now, and I’ll keep coming back and recommending it to everyone. The desserts, smoothies, wraps, and everything else I’ve tried are bursting with rich, nutritious organic ingredients and incredible flavor. I can't get enough!
Visited this amazing place during the grand opening with my autistic step son. He is very picky about what he will eat. The staff were so kind and accomodating. All he wanted was a wrap with lettuce and cheese and the lovely ladies made him his very own special wrap. He was so happy. Thank you all so much for going the extra distance for us. Highly recommend.
