What's with the rush? I walked in, not a soul waiting in line, the girl behind the counter, can I help you? I walk another step in, she's like can I help you? I didn't even get to look around properly, I had to rush, don't know why! I just left work, im tired..also please use some air freshener in the store, it stinks... ty
Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service – Ganjika House Oshawa I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered — and it was over the phone, which makes it even more unacceptable. I called Ganjika House in Oshawa to ask some simple product questions before deciding whether to make the 45 km trip. The female budtender who picked up the phone gave me attitude right away, spoke to me as if I was disturbing her sleep, and abruptly shut me down saying she “had customers” — as if answering product questions isn't the core part of her job. When I expressed that I wasn’t going to drive that far without basic information, she continued with a rude tone and dismissed me altogether. I called back five minutes later and, unsurprisingly, my call was ignored. I’m seriously questioning the hiring standards at this location — does Fika really allow their staff to treat customers like this? It felt like I was being spoken to by someone who had no training, no professionalism, and no respect for the role they’re in. If this is the service Ganjika House stands behind, it speaks volumes about their values. I recorded the interaction and plan to post it publicly so others can see how paying customers are treated here. And yes — I will be contacting Fika directly to report this. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it should be addressed immediately.
Wouldn’t recommend their CBD stuff that comes in buds, picked up a strain called nostalgia, not only was it packaged December 24th of 2024 but it’s made me feel weird, anyone else agree with government dispensaries selling expired weed? Yeah if it’s got seeds it sat too long, another thing is their point system, ever since spark rewards became a thing using your points is an even bigger pain, if you don’t ask them to put in your spark rewards kiosk code then your not getting your discount, and when you tell them you forgot to they say it’s too late just pay full, last thing I wanna mention is these same people have me under 2 different accounts so one has a crap load of points that I can’t use even tho it has my first and last name n date of birth n phone number…. Go to Mary Jane’s in alderville people your getting a better deal and better quality, also better customer service.
Cashier was not informed nor helpful and did not tell me any of the options you guys had, one of the worse experiences I’ve had with any cashier, very disappointing that this is coming from a weed dispensary where you think everyone would be kind but I guess that cashier is from a beer store or something
I was in yesterday I Iove the staff the manager is doing an amazing job with the store she is always so helpful and kind as is her staff. I will be back again!. If you need somewhere to go for great weed here is the place to go!. :)
