I went in there a few days ago and had the friendliest girl help me, but I just went in and the girl with curly short hair and glasses, had an attitude that wasn’t appreciated. Completely threw my good vibe off. Won’t be going back if I see her working. I’d prefer to go to a dispensary with friendly vibes
THE BEST cannabis shop is Oshawa! Not only is the store memorable but so is the staff! Sascha was not only knowledgable but super friendly and was able to suggest some products that I could use. They really helped me figure out what was best for the issues I was having! Cannot wait to come back and visit!
I’ve been a customer at this store for about 7 months and always had a good experience, but recently Paige truly went above and beyond. Until she helped me, I had no idea I’d been accumulating reward points. She kindly explained the program, showed me how to download the app, and even walked me through how I could convert my points into gift cards. Not only was Paige incredibly informative, but she was also welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the most out of my experience. Thanks to her, I now feel like I’m getting the full value of being a loyal customer. Paige is a true asset to this store, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Excellent customer service like hers makes all the difference—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I visited Oshawa and gave this store a try, nice store, great selection and friendly staff but I'm only giving them 4 stars because one of the prerolls was given to my by mistake it was supposed to be an indica but got 2 sativa. Could not come back because it was to far to drive. Will probably visit again but please pay attention when giving out products.
Hello Oshawa! I am new to the city and was looking for a dispensary where I can frequent regularly that has great customer service, great selection, and amazing staff. And I found that place here! The staff always greets customers with a smile, provide amazing suggestions, and definitely know their stuff! The store is always clean and organized with the customer in mind. Great product selection and also an amazing selection of accessories as well! And AMAZING prices, quite comparable to other places in the area. LOVE Sessions and will always go here!
A sad day. I bought a 510 cart 24hrs ago and had a catastrophic failure with it. Explained to the staff that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars if not more & this has never happened before. They told me my battery is dirty and it’s my own problem. That they wouldn’t be able to claim it from their vendors and that’s not fair to them. $1 billion in industry and they’re worried about a $50 vape. Meanwhile, the customer is told they’re screwed and if their own fault. It’s a sad day when the youth of tomorrow don’t recognize that the industry is screwing the customer every chance they can get. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to the overpriced over promising Sessions. I also wanted to add that I was told by another employee literally 24 hours that if there was any problem, I could bring it back maybe they should train their employees to all have the same idea. I’m taking my money to YBH.
Absolutely terrible that you raise prices on the dime bags to 14.00. I used to pay under 20.00 with my discount. Now your store is the most expensive in the city. CONGRATS if that is what you were aiming for. My wife , or I visited everyday almost. Thanks for the service but take a hike is how I take it. We would be silly to not walk 50m up the street to save. Great service, not the staff, you guys are wonderful. Corporate i guess I must say to you that your fired. We will be shopping at YBH or the new store by the superstore. 4 dollar hike in price is ridiculous when it's still 4 dollars cheaper elsewhere. Shame on you.
