The one lady who is mainly in there working is very miserable, terrible customer service. It’s nice to go somewhere and be greeted with a smile, not someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there. Will not be returning.
Customer service is not great, the monitors showing products is continuously moving so it’s hard to select items also the percentages are not displayed on screens so it’s not a great way to shop for products.
Much needed pay raise to "The Weed Guru" or as I say Modern Chong. Always so helpful and knowledgeable about the genetic makeup of strains. Much appreciated, as some of us with medical conditions appreciate his information targeting pain receptors and swelling.
I started coming because it was the closest, but I stayed because I love the staff and atmosphere. Every single member of staff has been so kind, upbeat and helpful! Got a Moose Head and painted it myself? (still adding stuff to the horns)
Good most of the time. The percentage online often doesn't match the product though. The owner/manager also always seems to be in a bad mood. Doesn't greet you, doesn't make eye contact, quiet, seems like it's an annoyance for you to be there. Much better service when it's the regular workers. Edit: Just because you have good reviews doesn't mean all your staff are friendly or make my experience inaccurate. As I noted, most of the time service is good. However one older woman (hence why I thought she was the owner) continuously lacks. Nice to see instead of addressing the issue, you gaslight your customers.

I stop by the purple moose around 730 pm today I received really good service from Zachary he knows he stuff lol he explain everything to me about the edibles also really friendly I would definitely return just from the service i received I walked away a happy customer
