They wanna rip people off so much at this store it’s ridiculous. Yesterday I bought a dry herb vape and the store advisor said I had 48 hrs to return it and today the a different store advisor says it was final sale. The vape is defective and the advisor was being rude to me about this problem instead of helping me resolve it. Don’t buy anything from here unless you are ok with being scammed.
This location needs to be shut down. Will be contacting ocs about this location. They advertise their point systeme which allows you to redeem 50$ after you hit a certain amount of point. I've been going here since the day they opened and accumulated my points. All of a sudden 3 months ago their point system is down and cannot redeem point. Fast forward to today still not redemption available after I've spent thousand here building point. Terrible dispensary AVOID THIS COMPANY OF DISPENSARYS. there are multiple other ones that are way better then this one.
I was in your store tonight and found the lady working in the store was very rude and had no interest in serving me at all now it might have been because the store was closing in 20 minutes however I told her I was there for hash she than told me to make a decision I explained I’d like to know what they have as she stood in the doorway to back room I assumed she was more inter in hanging out with the lady and the dog that was in the back room with her. worst service I’ve ever experienced sent my wife in after I had left angry and my wife asked for a quarter of hash she was charged 35 dollars which was super cheap only to find out the same lady had given her 2 grams of hash instead again more worried about the friend she had in back room with the dog. safe to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
Cheapest place to get pre-rolled cones, helpful and friendly staff, haven't browsed much of their selection but the few times I've bought milled flower it was good quality and decently priced, no complaints.
