Prices are a tad high there ordering tablets are unusable there price match has Bs limitations honestly corporate needs to fix these problems the staff are the only reason I return to the store because they at least make my experience tolerable great job staff members.
I have been to other locations within my region, trying a few out to find a new home base shop for goods. TOKYO SMOKE is above the rest! *****Stellar service**** Logan was my main man and helped me with high-end vape products which are new to my forte. I will be back 100% you rock Logan! Update - I’ve returned to the store and just like my first experience- Logan provided at-least 5 different customers and myself with fast, efficient and informed purchase experience. Awesome place and the resin vape cartridges quality wise, are very much nicer than previous product lines I’ve tried! And The staff are super awesome !
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I’ve dealt with 3 employees over the span of the month of me going to this location since I’ve moved around this area and the 2 employees (one female mixed skin tone other bigger white dude) wish I knew their names they were very nice and helpful Last employee (red haired transgender lady into a man with a terrible fake beard and eerie high pitch voice) I had to deal with just disappointed me and upset me. Said my Ontario photo ID wasnt valid or real and didn’t even give a valid reason. Just pointed at the date and said it’s fake aswell as gave me terrible attitude and looking at me like the THING was angry. P.S. I’ve never have had to show my ID to either of the first 2 employees EVER even when having my ID in hand just a warm welcome and asked what I would love to shop for. went there consistently for 4 weeks since I moved bought plenty of items spent around 300$ already.
As a consistent smoker for more than 25 years, I appreciate anyone who has even close to as much knowledge as I have about smoking marijuana. Look no further than this group of wonderful individuals located at the Tokyo smoke on King Street in Oshawa. This group of wonderful individuals not only knows everything there is to know about getting you high but they have the best prices around and the best product around. Logan is your man and quite possibly in my opinion the guru of cannabis. I have never been strayed Wrong by this gentleman and I highly encourage anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience to come to the Tokyo smoke on King Street and ask for Logan he will not steer you wrong. I had great experience at Tokyo smoke Oshawa. Madison was my cashier, she was throughout helpful during my purchase and was so nice to me . I would love to recommend Tokyo smoke to everyone
Edited 2/4/2024 Lost a star. Gave this place another try purely out of convenience. I got a pack of Back Forty pre-rolls. $19.47 at the place in Newcastle (Central Plains) that I normally go to. This place charged me over $29!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Overpriced and full of rude people with a lot of attitude. Since I have never seen a good customer interaction in this place (over many visits), I doubt that the positive reviews on here were done without incentive. To the management; don’t waste your breath on a reply. You have so many people on here saying the same thing about your rude staff that you are obviously well aware of the problem. Therefore your “call and tell us so we can fix the situation” nonsense is exactly that. Nonsense.
