My experiences at Stash & co have mostly been forgettable but my I sent my wife to pick something up today (01 11 25) at 630 pm and she called me very upset saying the young man was very rude to her and dismissive of her and kept trying to sell her gummies she didn't want . We only go to this store because of its proximity to whitby but we will not be going there ever again. I also cant help to wonder if the worker would have been as rude to me if I was in there by myself, or if the fact that my wife is a black woman played a part in his bad attitude. Zero stars
Dude the long haired kid working in there has the wrost attitude ever. Not worth it dealing with that asking one question and getting the snake eye lol. Good luck with that business model.
The people that work there are very nice And the cannabis that I got was 10/10 ✌️? I’m from the uk If I lived in Canada this definitely would be one of my go to stores ??
Poor selection, low stock, rude employees. The people that work here have no idea what they’re talking about and always seem to give attitude. There’s better shops in the area
So here's the deal. I've been going to this dispensary for close to about 4 years now. Have gotten to known the multiple churn of staff over the years. A few weeks ago, I wanted to order something other than the usual. I asked "Lindsay" at the counter for a recommendation. I agreed to what was recommended and on my way out, she said to let her know what I think. Well, a few hours later after having the pre roll, I decided to call the store to thank her. I call in and get transfered over to her. I thank her and ask her if she would like to smoke one after work. She says a polite no and we hang up. Moving on to today July 2nd, I walk into to the store, put in my usual order and am on my way out until I'm approached by the manager Jordan - long curly haired dude with the personality of water. He proceeds to tell me that calling in at work and talking to his staff member "was extremely inappropriate" and uncomfortable. Here's my question - is it inappropriate to ask a bar tender to have a shot with you? Is that considered inappropriate? I asked a bud tender to have a smoke with me (if they wanted to). What's the big deal? Instead of even bothering to hear my side of the story, Shirley Temple proceeds to tell me that I will be banned from the store for calling to thank a staff member for their recommendation? Absolutely bonkers! If management cares at all, they need to train their staff to treat customers like actual human beings instead of inconveniences. I’d rather spend my money anywhere else than deal with Lindsay's and Jordans toxic attitude again.Making false accusations about customers being in appropriate is crossing a serious line. I will never come back here, and I’ll make sure others know how toxic and dishonest the staff can be. Management needs to take a hard look at who they’re hiring if they want to keep any loyal customers.
#2 top 5 bud tenders in Oshawa by my books, definitely worth the visit. Love Stash & Co. The staff are amazing!! They have in my opinion a decent customer rewards program as well as amazing customer service!! Updated cause Google asked me to but Stash still comes highly recommend.
Knowledgeable staff, great selection and members program where you collect points for free stuff from papers to t-shirts and hats. Clean bright space. I had only good experiences here.
