Was serviced by Matt and Diana today and was so happy with my experience at this location. The two were extremely knowledgeable and provided some great reconditions. I’ll be back to this location for sure!!!
3 time I came into this store and out of the 3 times only 1 time was half okay the rest of the time I went there I was being judge and the disrespect from the employee, I have anxiety and it's really hard for me to talk to strangers as is but the girl that helped me the last time made me not wanna come back ever again I think I'll stick to a different place never coming here and not gonna recommend this to anyone else but if you like it enjoy
Bought an ounce of slow lane. Walked out and checked thr quality as i always do and have never once had a complaint since weed became legal. The ounce i bought was completely covered in mold, was all stems, and was supposedly the highest thc content of indica in the store. I usually go for that because you always get quality. Not this time. The smell is horriffic. Its complete garbage and not smokible. I went back into the store to have it replaced and get something else and the way i was treated was horrendous. No way they were replacing it. I was being gaslit the whole time as shes telling me its not moldy ( i was a professional grower for ten years) the woman made me feel horrible about myself for even thinking i should get a replacement. Horrible service for returns. As long as youre buying without complaint theyre great. Make one complaint you are now the devil to them, they do not care at all they just stole your money. They were laughing at me.
Cannot say enough good things about this location. ALL the staff members are great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I frequent this location, not always to purchase something, but because the staff is amazing, and they are pet friendly. I regularly stop in with my dog, Miller, so he can see the staff members, whom he absolutely adores. Great place!
Recently started coming here. Mikeah? Mikea? I can't spell her name but she has been an absolute blessing every time I have been in. She knows her stuff and was able to help me pick out prerolls that were right for me while giving an extremely welcoming vibe. Additional shoutout to both Cheyenne and Shaina who have also been amazing every time I have been in. I highly recommend this particular location to anyone who is starting out on their journey with cannabis products and needs friendly guidance. By far the best of the northern helm locations.

Can't remember the dudes name behind the counter, but he knows his sh!t.. Got the Blue Rasberry Watermelon gummies, man are they good. The THC amount in them isn't the highest but it's a good high for me..
