The staff were helpful and friendly. But when i opened my cart it had leaked all over and was half empty. Never experienced this with xplor carts before. Very dissapointing
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store has a great stock of a variety of products. Can't argue with the prices they are normally the lowest in the area. One stop is my first stop for all Cannabis products.
I’ve been to this dispensary several times and it’s always a great experience! Joyful staff that are knowledgeable about their products. Always get something good off their suggestions. Also pet friendly which is a plus for me!
Staff are always friendly and welcoming and helpful with suggestions. I even stated that there was a certain preroll that I like and they ordered it and now sell it.
I want to start off by saying that I don’t normally write reviews but this one is well deserved! We came in here the other night and were greeted by Tegan (hope I’m spelling that correctly) if I’m not my apologies! She was extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond! She asked us what we were looking for, which they did not have but told us that they could order it in and possibly have it in by their Tuesday shipment, which is amazing. She also gave us other reasonably priced recommendations similar to what we were looking for. I’d say this cannabis stores only competition is YBH and that’s because of pricing only! But with staff like Tegan who have amazing customer service skills I will definitely be back here again. I’m a loyal customer to YBH and I’ve never received that level of customer service walking through their doors ever! Thank you Tegan!
They need to have it online when they are opening later in the day, I’ve came here twice with a note on the door saying they will be opening later. I wonder if they will repay me for my gas money I wasted.
Staff is amazing, but the last 4 times I went the weed was awful. I've gotten 4 different strains past couple of weeks and everything tasted like I'm smoking sage from my cupboard. I can't seem to find quality weed here. Even top shelf tastes like the free pre rolls you get at the rez. Just gives me a headache. I was really digging this store but I'm over it now. 12$ for two pre rolls yesterday, and all I got was a headache and I'm out 12$.
