The staff here are awesome, always a great vibe and are knowledgable about their product, always great suggestions and never pushing to get the most expensive bud like other spots. Big shoutout to Joseph!
the staff used to be great, i have heard the store isn't doing so well. maybe for your last months, lower the prices instead of $300 trash ounces,,,,, and a staff member I heard was recently brought back named Joe, has given me the worst experience in the two years I've been regularly coming in, he is insulting and made me feel belittled in the store today as he laughed with his friends, not even coworkers. I have deleted my account with you guys along with my partner today and as a result, you all have permanently lost two regulars. veerryyyy disappointing considering the amount of money i have spent here.
I really tried to like this place, I have visited many times. This time was the last unfortunately, I just felt this time and sometimes others before that I was just money, no care or real attention here.
I think you should remove any cbd products from your regular flower menu, I recently bought some from there and the clerk failed to mention that it was cbd flower instead of a regular brand with a higher thc content, so it was a complete waste of money. Other than that I highly recommend
What your business should do is clean out the display case by cash. Fill it with pre rolls. Carry a way bigger selection. I'd be happy to suggest 20 even 30 products that I have never seen in your store. In a month the bigger profit will be there. Even fully stocked your selection is very limited.
I went to a dispensary for the first time ever and Jaime the Budtender walked me through all the products and what would be best for me. It made my experience so much fun. Even if you don’t smoke there’s something for everyone there. I’m definitely going back!
