Love Janika! She was so friendly and helped me and my mom find exactly what we needed. My mom was happy she finally found the shirts she was looking for. Janika was very polite as well and super helpful!! Great experience in Ardene with her:)
I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Ardene. I received my order missing two bags, even though I paid for them. I followed all the instructions from customer service, including sending photos and proof of the receipt, which clearly shows the missing items. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved and I still have not received a refund or the missing products. I work hard for my money, and it is extremely frustrating to feel ignored when the evidence is so clear. Good customer service should take responsibility and resolve such issues quickly, but that has not been my experience at all. I hope Ardene improves their service and treats customers with more respect and urgency. At this point, I do not feel confident ordering from them again.
Ardenes has the best selection of affordable and trendy clothes! I always find something I love every time I shop there. The staff is super friendly and helpful too!
Love this store & location. Ardene has been my go to store for years now. Top notch group of women at this location. Absolutely the best and helpful if they don’t have what I’m looking for. I do have to agree that they deserve a bigger store though. It would make shopping a lot easier. Good job ladies.
Tried to return a pair of canvas shoes we bought my granddaughter . After two months of not even wearing them every day they started to rip and fall apart They said canvas does that . Great customer service.
I love this face because you can get so many great little goodies at such a cheap cost I have had a few items that I purchased and regret but I've purchased a lot of items that I still have so I'm very very happy with this store I'm sad that the outlets for closed but they offer little two for $5 goodie bags so those are cute too
I never write reviews but am hoping the staff that were working tonight see this. There was a girl that came in and asked the two ladies at the front desk if she could apply for a job. They explained that you must apply online and she gladly said thank you and left. After she left, the two ladies at the front desk proceeded to make fun of the girl who had asked to apply! I was disgusted! They were talking loudly enough that I could hear and when I truned around to make eye contact with them to ensure they were aware that I could hear, the one girl says “oh but she was nice though”. I could not believe they would make fun of someone who wanted to be a part of their team. Sad to see. What else do you say behind your customers backs?
