Was standing at the cash and the manager just wouldn't look up and kept shuffling her papers around until someone else asked to use the fitting room. To which she came across annoyed, said one sec, looked around and then walked away. This is who you have managing the store? The woman who did come to help was very nice though
When I came in the store a white girl with a beanie, dark hair, and septum piercing gave me a stink eye from a distance when I was walking in. I didn't think much of it at first because it was just a quick glance. I later asked her the price of something and she answered me so fast and cold like I was inconviencing her. I over hear her talking to some white customers at the cashier, her attitude towards them was so much friendlier and warm. All smiles and then when I came up after they left she didn't even acknowledge me for a few seconds till I said "hi" first, only after that did she say "hi" super quick and cold. Even after that she just had judgement on her face and the cheery attitude from the last customers she had was gone. She seemed very displeased to have to cash me out. My experience was very much negative, I don't know what else to call it other than racism. Considering all I did was walk in the store and this employee was treated me completely different than the white strangers she helped before me. It's ashame becuase the store is quite nice. Very clean, big, and have a lot of selection but I don't plan to come back after that. What I experienced is unacceptable. Such horrible customer service. You guys need to do better.
Very ANNOYING experience. Just mostly listened to one of your employee’s named RILEY complain about everything he was doing. Especially about another customer who he happened to kick out cause he couldn’t handle honesty. Your staff needs training on how to handle conflict rather than acting like a baby. While the other worker was cashing me out, she couldn’t focus because he kept talking about his argument with the other customer. Not only that, everything started in the fitting room where things escalated and Riley was very unprofessional whereas he was aggressively mumbling words because of how triggered he was.. AND the audacity to slam one of the doors causing a scene. Please do better.
Such a great customer service experience at the Oshawa Centre Bluenotes location. A few items from my online order didn’t fit right unfortunately and I had to return them. Due to my work hours, I arrived near closing hours and even with it being at the end of the teams shift they all were eager to assist when needed and very friendly. A special thank you to Andrea who went above and beyond when the system ran into issues with processing the return. She troubleshooted very quickly to ensure I got my money back and solved everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be back at that location and feel confident to shop online again knowing the type of customer service they provide in the odd times the online order doesn’t work out. Great experience, great store, will shop again!
Always helpful staff when I go into Bluenotes. I hate shopping and trying on clothes and can get pretty discouraged rather quickly. I'm never disappointed with the assortment of sizes and styles. Bluenotes staff are always kind, patient and helpful. Traits I appreciate so much!!
Like any store it's got some nice stuff, staff were ok however if you don't try it on and find something you like or if the fit is not good (not size), it can not be refunded. So gifting is hard. In store credit only. I personally don't like to shop at a store that won't refund in 14 days with receipt and tags still on.
Very pleased with my visit. Was just browsing for Xmas gifts and found several unique, good quality items at prices that seemed to beat what other similar stores in mall were offering and the staff was just lovely.
