Today I went in and wasn’t even greeted. I walked around the store with a handful of items. I walked past multiple employees who were chit-chatting about their weekend. You would think that the sales associates care about their sales. Not the case. I went into the fitting room and came out stood outside waiting to see if there was someone that could grab me a different size. I ended up leaving my fitting room and walking onto the floor to grab it myself. Usually I have a better experience here so that’s why there is 3 stars. I find though that the newer girls aren’t as nice or helpful.
Alex.S was extremely kind and talkative when I went to garage to look for some shorts the other week. Her flow of carrying a conversation was phenomenal and even when I was checking out, she came up to me wanting to say goodbye. She ended up giving me a hug and telling me how lovely and stunning I was and that I had to come back. She needs a promotion asap. Amazing customer service skills.
AMAZING!!!! the girls were so sweet I’m sort of gothic so I was nervous going into this kind of store but they were literally so nice to me and so helpful
Had an amazing experience this week! Amna was so helpful she literally helped me with all my needs I had shopping for my daughter. Kelsey the store manager was also amazing and so kind when cashing us out! I love shopping at this garage they always have the newest arrivals and are so helpful!
Went in today for a pair of pants but they were sold out unfortunately. However, the sales associate Athena was extremely helpful in finding me an alternative in store and showing me online options as well. She was knowledgeable and very patient. Made my night!
I went in yesterday in need of a top for going out and I asked one of the staff members to help me find the perfect top and told her my plans and she did above and beyond. She helped me pick out tops and got a fitting room for me and when I wanted more options and opinions on the outfits she got every staff member there to help me and they were so sweet and amazing! I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of in a retail store before.
i went here a few days ago with a friend of mine and we had such an amazing experience. this location is run / managed really well. all the employees are so friendly and are happy to help you whenever you need it. the girl who greets people at the front was so nice and helpful. the other employee who helped me was named whitney i believe, and she was so so nice and helped me with sizing. overall great experience and i’ll definitely be coming back.
