I felt something sharp in my shoe in the store and a sharp pin had fully went through my shoe and was a quarter of an inch off from going in my foot and when I went to alert the manager she didn’t even slightly care. Also on a less serious note the store was a complete mess and almost every single clothing display on a table was trashed. It seems that not a single employee in this store including the management is responsible enough to keep the store somewhat organized. I don’t expect them to be perfect but the pin damaging my shoe and almost becoming a serious injury is unacceptable.
I have been trying to call urban planet for the last 40 minutes, in hopes they have something I lost. Unfortunately everytime I call it states the line is busy, there’s no way the phone is occupied for 40 minutes. If that is the case they need to get another phone line.
Stepped to this store to get the jeans I like it, an Asian guy were so rude since the min I asked for his help to my right fit, by asking what's wrong with this size , why don't just take this etc etc unnecessary questions.. hope the management should properly train them how to treat and having conversations with the customers first..
Just wanted to say thank u soooo much to a worker by the name of "aliyah" I hope that's her name she made my day by being so helpful while another employee tried her best not to sale me an item even lying about what she had told me at first but besides all of that I just wanted to acknowledge how great the young lady did her job.... Thanks again hun hopefully you are here whenever I return see ya soon!!!
The worst customer service. I stood in line behind a lady waiting to buy a couple of pair of blue jeans and when I got to the cashier she told me I had entered the line from the wrong side and I had to go back behind some other people who had lined up after me. I was so disgusted I gave my purchases back to the sales clerk and left the store. I am absolutely disgusted and will not shop there again. The cashier should be fired for losing a sale.
Between myself and my teen daughter I give this company ALOT of business. Had some online returns today and the senior manager I dealt with was SO courteous and took the time to resolve my issue without being inpatient or snippy. Great staff at your store.. the cashier I dealt with after was also so sweet. Only reason for 4 stars.. get better buyers.. this is marketed for cheap highschool clothes yet every thing is cropped. Not highschool attire.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. I tried asking for one of the employees’ help and gently said “excuse me” as she walked by me. She made eye contact, however kept walking and completely ignored me. I asked again, and she walked by me couple minutes later, a little louder this time. She said “Give me one second” and was never to be seen again. I then asked another employee’s help and she shrugged me off saying she’s going on a lunch break and to ask another employee. Those were the only two I could spot for help. Because of this negligence, I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for and walked out empty handed. I understand the busy nature due to March break but this is no way to treat the customer. Super disappointed.
