Tried to return a very clearly defective pair of work pants and got told they couldn't do it because there were no tags on the pants and I didn't have a receipt. One cashier said it wasn't an issue and the other outright refused even when I had planned on buying another pair in addition to the one I wanted replaced. I've been buying the same pair of work pants for years. Quality is definitely dropping and I won't be shopping here again.
i run an industrial sales business. Service is very important to me I came in today, someone had bought a pair of jeans as a gift. being of gnome/troll size I take a 34-28. They didn't have any but I must have had 4 different sales people come help me and search. I will grab them from another location. But I was super impressed here and will be back to buy my wife some jeans next week. What was nice, I appear pretty blue collar. Just jeans and a shirt with a ball cap. My wife is the same yet they treated us like professionals. Well done. I'm a customer now
Regular mark's customer for over 20 years and i was happy over all until i visit this specific locations at Taunton and harmony in oshawa . Very poor customer service and not willing to help

I had an amazing experience with the manager Amy today. She is so good in her job especially in finding the best deals, very helpful, beautiful and happy heart. This is first time in 4 years I had such an easygoing shopping experience at Mark's because of Amy.
Went in today with my girlfriend to find steeltoe boots for her. I was trying to help her find shoes that fit her. And staff were standing around watching me go up and down. Not one of the 5 staff asked to help us, NOT 1.... 15 minutes in the store, and no one helped us. We left. No one said anything to us. Not a hello. Not a goodbye.
