I needed a dress for a work Christmas party my husband’s job was hosting. I don’t ever dress up and have never been confident in my own skin. When I came to the mall to find something to wear, I had low expectations and was prepared to leave without finding anything. When I went to Envy&Grace, I was immediately greeted by Anna, one of the sales associates. She was so enthusiastic and friendly, and when I told her what I was shopping for and my concerns, she immediately told me “We will find you something that makes you look and feel beautiful.” After trying on probably 15 different dresses that Anna picked out for me, I found 2 that I would have never picked out myself, but she had said just to try and see, that made me feel and LOOK AMAZING. Thank you so much Anna, anytime I need something fancy for an event, I will be coming back and looking for her.
I hate shopping for clothes. I have no style, things don’t fit me the way I like etc. I went into Grace and Envy and the customer service person named KAREN was fantastic. It was the best shopping experience I’ve had in years! Karen went above and beyond to make me feel very important, her style choice was exactly what I was looking for. I received so many compliments, I talked up the store and the staff. I will be going back for more! Thank you Karen and team at Grace &Envy @ the Oshawa’s Center!! You guys Rock!!
I went to buy 2 items for one of my daughters as a present. I asked for a size that wasn't on the shelf, and they brought it out for me from the back. I went to cash out and they would not honour the price on the item they brought to me out of the back. I asked to see the manager and she was simply rude and unhelpful. I said they should honour the price on the item in question and she in a rude tone of voice said "actually they don't have to honour the price". It was their error, not mine. Needles to say, I left both items at the cash and left without purchasing any items. I do not recommend this store. And I will no longer buy anything for any of my three daughters from here due to very poor customer service.
Had an amazing experience today! Mars was the associate who helped me. I was looking for a pair of jeans, and expressed that I generally have a very hard time finding jeans that fit me correctly. For reference, I have an approximately 15 inch difference between my waist and my hips. Mars so enthusiastically recommended different brands and sizes, and helped me find my perfect fit. My usual experience with shopping for jeans at other stores is being told they won’t have anything that will fit me, and leaving disappointed. I really felt heard at this store and am so happy with my new jeans! All of the other associates were so friendly as well and helped make the experience a very positive one. If you are a curvy girl and looking for jeans, I recommend coming here and trying the Silver brand!!
Shout out to Madina , Mia , MIMI and Isabella for helping me cause i wasnt gonna buy anything . They honestly made me try on the dress and they were right body was teaaaaaaaa. Great girls !!! Thanks guys
Mia was a fabulous help!! She listened to what we were looking for and offered good selections. The store and changing rooms are clean. We only wish they had more colour options for each design
The blonde girl at the front of the store helped me pick a dress for my sister's wedding. She gave me lots of options and gave me honest feedback. I enjoyed my time shopping at this store even though they didn't have many size dresses above large. I ended up with a smaller dress that fit better that the other large dresses in the store. I would definitely return. I wish I caught the employees name that was also engaged. She was absolutely delightful to talk to that my sister, my mom and myself could of cheated for another half an hour with her just about dresses and weddings. I ended up choosing the dress the employee picked for me in MEDIUM. Thank you again for the amazing experience compared to other dress stores in the same mall.
