⭐☆☆☆☆ Very rude service I visited the Guess store at Oshawa Centre and the associate Natasha was very rude and full of attitude. I just showed her the same watch on the website and she responded with no manners at all. Really disappointed with the customer service.
I purchased 2 watches from this stride today and the store associates UTTERLY lacked professionalism, they were not interested at all to even show some watches….especially the store manager or maybe an associate but this lady had a different attitude and was rude while cashing out….she didn’t mention anything regarding warranty or product…when asked just said there’s manufacturers warranty and explained nothing……when I asked I wanted fresh pieces of the watches she didn’t even reply……(I asked her regarding new pieces as she took those display watches to the cash counter and was going to pack it without even mentioning anything and I had to point it out then she went and bought the new watches…..this was pure lack of work ethics….i wouldn’t recommend to visit the store…..please look into this….middle (old) black lady was RUDE…..and should be investigated further regarding her attitude and behaviour within customers @guess store Oshawa Centre
This store hired wrong staff. Brown skin woman has bad attitude. She refused to help customer do refund. Forced them get gift card even the receipts mentioned can get refund from the store. P.S. After two weeks, I went back to this same store. I saw that brown skin woman accepted do refund to others customer for their handbag items. That handbags is not brand new and seems used. She put it on the shelf for resell. Not honest!
Amazing experience - salesperson Vanessa was so warm and friendly! I have been made to feel like I don't belong in a guess store downtown but Vanessa gave red carpet service. She deserves so many kudos for her warm approach and helpful nature. I can't say enough about how great that girl made me feel just for buying a coat!
Staff is super friendly and readily available to help (but not in an annoying way) store is brightly lit and the merchandise both regular and sale items are easy to access and view.
I visited the Oshawa guess store twice this week. On both occasions I was greeted with smiles along with a hello which was very welcoming. Often times I can be indecisive, however Vanessa and Lorna were patient, attentive and responsive to my needs and special requests. The store was well kept and clean too. I wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service during my visits.
Went in today and was very pleased with the young woman who assisted me (Dec. 7 afternoon). She had dark hair (wish I had asked her name). She helped me find a top and then found another one on clearance as well. She explained that it was 50% off ticket (I assumed clearance was the already reduced price). So glad she took the time as I would not have purchased the mustard colour top and it turns out it looks awesome with my pants I have at home! Love it! Great service! Super helpful with sizes. Thank you!
